Room smelled, tub stopped up, told staff in the am, pm staff were “unaware” stating for customer to go check and was rude about the situation. There were other issues and decided to speak to GM Tanver who was also rude. Will not stay there again. Had Crisel, the eMedia Coordinator, with IHG reach out. She essentially said thank you for letting us know, hope your next stay is better. *eye roll*

The employees are kind the room was nice and clean the reviews make it skeptical at first but overall it was a great experience I would stay here again.

During our stay at this hotel, my brother lifted the mattress and found two used syringes underneath, and one filled one. We immediately notified staff and emailed management, but no one ever responded, not a single manager, even though we were told they would call us. Days later, we’ve still received no acknowledgment, apology, or follow-up.
