My initial contact via the phone, the woman who called was rude and not very helpful. When we arrived I was disappointed in the room and amenities for the price. The room smelled as if it had been flooded and moldy. The furniture appeared dirty or just very worn out. In the dining area we couldn't sit there to play cards or watch TV as you can with other locations. Overall, if we hadn't paid I would've went somewhere else. And they have yet to return my room deposit even though I check out 3 weeks ago.

Checked in late and left early. I got charged $150 for smoking. I have sinus issues and can't smell crap. So I couldn't tell if the room smelled like smoke or not. It did smell sort of musty like when I walked in. I don't know who was in the room after I left which was about 9am. So the room could have smelled like smoke before or after my short stay of less than 12 hours. They told me that they normally charge $350 for smoking but they were being nice.
