It was meh. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the room next to you. The hotel was practically empty and we had an emergency come up and have to leave. I'm a member and always stay at their hotels but when the person checking us out isn't understanding and more focused on making a quick buck WITH AN EMPTY HOTEL, that's a no from me. I'll find a different hotel for Rocklahoma next year for my family.
Room was clean and staff pleasant. Breakfast was good.
Me and my boyfriend were in a tight situation after the hotel we originally booked at canceled last minute on us. We live a hour away from Catoosa and we were basically stranded while searching for a place to stay. Raphael was the person that helped us and he was SO nice and helpful and by the grace of the universe we were able to make a last minute reservation here.
