To Owner: Not deleting this review. This is not a misunderstanding and clearly you are not talking to your hotel manager Henry I think his name is. He is pure evil and deserves to be fired. He called and left me a message months ago cancelling my third party reservation. I went inside the hotel and he publicly humiliated me with others watching and said the banning words to me. If I could give no stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed in this hotel and my experience was less than stellar considering how much I paid. 1. When I first checked in, my room was not ready, check in was 4pm, I arrived at 4:30. I was fine with another room. Upon arrival. there was a huge floor fan going and some kind of odor eliminating machine in my room. It clearly was not ready for anyone to stay in, but I looked past that. 2. I stayed on the third floor and the air conditioner was broken in the hallway. It was anywhere between 87°-89° in the hall. I checked in on a Friday, the AC was not fixed until Wednesday. It is summertime in Florida with 85% humidity. I kept my room AC at 58° and it was still humid and warm in my room. I called the front desk and was told I could switch rooms. When I called back down to see what room I was moving to, I was told they were sold out and I couldn't change rooms. They did comp the room for that night. It remained... read more
