Fantastic stay, super clean room with Fantastic amenities around the area. The staff couldn't have been better! Thank Yall so Much!
So when a system runs really well, no one noticed it. I met a very nice woman named Mrs. Kay cleaning the breakfast area, and I noticed that the place was actually accumulating mess, it was just cleaned up very quick and often, I tanked her for the contributions and while not detaching from the groups efforts, which a I would consider on par with the finest hotels I have stayed at in cities such a Barcelona, thai hotel meets or exceeds those standards, which is worth note and remark. This is a relatively new hotel that has been well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was great, with multiple meat choices. Beds were clean and fresh. Large TV with cable. Air conditioning worked perfectly. I would absolutely stay here again!
Upon arrival, the desk clerk was on the phone. I checked in. She said that my room had already been charged to a company card. I said it's not supposed to be charged to the company card. I have my own card. It's already been charged. 2 months later, I found out what she did was canceled my reservation and then remade a reservation. They charged my original company card. A $150 for a cancelation fee, which I did not cancel. Records show that "user" canceled on the same day and stayed the same two nights. When I asked, why wou... read more
