Hotel worked out well for our needs. Close to everything, good service and breakfast was very good and very clean and organized restaurant. Staff was amazing! Housekeeping was apparently understaffed and was not able to clean our room for 3-days before we arrived back from the days activities. They were very friendly though and did provide towels when asked.

So! The workers at the front desk were very nice at check-in but, as soon as you have something wrong it turns into attitude. The bathrooms were disgusting with a stained and dirty bathtub. We asked for Coporate's number to let them know about the attitudes of the workers only to be told: "Theres no corporate" and "I'm not giving you the number". Don't expect quality room service, you will have to go back and forth for things that should be provided in the first place. You can't even expect a free breakfast with mixed review... read more

Amazing staff. Everyone welcoming and friendly. Nick in particular was conscientious of making sure guests did not miss out on events

Great location across from Busch gardens, traffic can get loud but the night was quiet. Room and bed was comfortable, new paint but dated. Breakfast in the am was a nice addition.
