Stayed here primarily for Busch gardens and for that its perfect. Its summer so it was a pretty packed hotel with lots of guests and kids. Breakfast/the breakfast area was pretty trashy, i opted to eat elsewhere. The shuttle to buschys is a great feature and for that ill use this hotel again. The area the hotel is in i wouldn't say is the safest after dark.

Such a lovely staff! Lots of fun and friendly conversations with all of the concierge! Tera was so kind and helpful getting us checked in and keeping our bags safe! The best perk of staying here is definitely the shuttle that takes you directly to the park in less than 5 minutes. The driver, Reggie, also shares tips about the park so you are ready for the fun!!
Homeless people try to come in and get free breakfast. Building is locked at night clearly for a reason if you drive around the neighborhood - locals hang out in the parking lot waiting for patrons. Needs some updating, not 100% of what we are accustomed to at IHG hotels.
