We love this hotel's location and the front desk staff! It might be time to flip the mattress or even replace it and there was an oder in the room that my wife didn't like which had NOTHING to do with the housekeeping staff. Our room, especially the bathroom was clean as a whistle. Did I mention we really like this hotel?

I came for a few days to catch the Philadelphia Eagles play the Tampa Bay buccaneers. Spent 3 days & 2 nights, Saturday night to Monday morning at this IHG holiday inn express. Check in was easy and front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. I got 2 queen beds in my room even tho was just myself. They also had a nice large walk in shower. They also had an Iron, ironing board, microwave, mini fridge, keurig machine w complementary Kcups but they do offer coffee in the lobby all the time. Breakfas... read more

We found bedbugs in one of the beds. They changed our room and said they would have the manager call. Still waiting on the call.

Front Desk receptionist was FABULOUS. Very nice and knowledgeable. Hotel is in a decent enough location to the, current, Ray's baseball field as well as the football stadium. Room was clean and nice looking *See more in 'Rooms' description*. Toiletries were old and expired (makeup wipes had turned brown and smelled terrible, and the body lotion had also gone bad and smelled awful).
