Very Clean I've made myself extremely Cozy they made me feel Comfortable.
I chose this hotel because it looked decent online, but my stay was completely disappointing. The bedsheets were dirty and had blood stains on them, 4 pillows were so dirty which is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. On top of that, the room had a bad smell. Really bad experience.
Sharon went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. Her outstanding customer service made all the difference. Thank you, Sharon, for making our stay at Holiday Inn Express such a great experience! Aside from the wonderful staff, my room was very clean. Highly recommend.
I spent three nights at the Holiday Inn Express Ybor City. From check in to check out ,everything was excellent… food, room, pool, customer service, parking. I’ll be recommending this hotel to others! Thank you!
