Lots of homeless in parking area and activity from adjacent gas station
Nice and spacious lobby, computer workstation & printer area, hallway and elevators! Pool was great, and love the water fall/fountain!!
My crew and I travel for work all over the state of Florida. We have stayed in many hotels. Not always the best experiences. But I was blown away with the quality of service we received at the specific location. Liz, at the front desk made my check in a breeze and super quick. Liz also resolved a couple of issue with billing with speed and a sense of care. I will be using this location from now on when I'm staying with my crew every time I have to stay in Tampa. Great hotel but a little too close to the interstate for me. I would stay here again.
