I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Sharon at the front desk and Jerome with security at the Holiday Inn Express. My family and I returned from the hospital around 1:00 AM after a very difficult and emotional night, and both of them showed incredible kindness and compassion. I had a great experience at this hotel. Close to the highway and many food establishments. The A/C worked great and got super cold. Everything in our room was clean!!!! That is super important to me. The bed was comfortable and firmish although the pillows were a little flat, I guess i could’ve asked for more. Parking included unlike other hotels that make you pay for it instead of realizing it should belong with the room rate. Even the continental breakfast was good - the usual, but still good.
