Just okay, the room was relatively clean with the bathroom being the exception. There was a washcloth with a yellow substance balled up in the corner of the bathroom. They also do not stock the bathrooms with enough toilet paper and towels. The guest bathroom downstairs had absolutely no toilet paper or paper towel either. The staff are not very friendly or personable at all. For what it is, I would say it's not worth the money. Clean new property
Absolutely outstanding stay! This Holiday Inn has truly improved. A special shoutout to the incredibly friendly male staff member on the evening shift and the manager, who exceeded all expectations with genuine care and attention. They not only resolved one that I had with concern with professionalism, but even followed up after checkout to return a personal item I left behind. Housekeeping was excellent and thorough. This level of service is rare.
Busy, fairly clean. Shower would not stay warm, just very hot or ice cold. Thermostat did not work well. Something wrong with buttons. Evening desk clerk could not be bothered. Not very friendly. However, seemed like there should have been 2 people there because he was pretty busy.
Nice, clean and roomy hotel.
