Holiday Inns' are on our short list of places to stay when traveling. They generally have good service and at a reasonable price, with a decent breakfast bar. This one is no exception as the service, price and breakfast are on par with others we stayed. Although, our bathroom faucet needs fixed and the shower curtain should be replaced in our room. But that's minor stuff. The overall experience was what we've come to expect from Holiday Inn and they'll still be an option on future travels. Ditto...
Service and quality where great! Location; not the worst, not the best.
I like the room but there is no wifi here. I couldn't connect my Xbox or tablet. I would give a better room rating if it actually worked. Otherwise the room is clean and spacious.
At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Statesville, NC by IHG, Room 202 had an issue with an invasive bug that looks like a ladybug, known as the Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle. The management thought they were ladybugs, but they are a different bug that bites. How would you handle this situation from a managerial perspective?
