The hotel was filled to the brim with mold. You could see the mold outside growing from the air conditioning units. It was in the vents so you are constantly breathing it in. I felt symptoms from it within 2 days and my health was declining. There was mold in the cabinets, showers, vents, etc.
I made a reservation online and paid for it when I made the reservation. This was nonrefundable. We arrived to check in and were told our room we paid for was not available and were offered an upgrade to a suite but with a smaller bed. I am disabled and needed the larger size bed to handle my medical equipment for my disability. I also do not walk hardly at all so I did not need a suite since I go from the door to the bed and bathroom only.
