Platinum member on business in a standard king. Guest service was good. I would like to point out that all staff was professional and friendly. Most of my critiques wouldn’t be able to be solved by them but more so the management company of the property. The bed was comfortable however the stay was not very pleasant. The room had a unique odor and not very clean. My tv had an issue with its color settings and was hard to watch with the contrast out of balance. I had a good experience while I was there but the hotel charged my card a 50 dollar holding fee and I haven't gotten the money back yet! It's been over two weeks, I'm extremely upset!! Probably won't stay here again!
Very nice staff.
Shower drain was broken and there was an awful smell coming from it, seemed clogged. The room was not very clean and had no we here to charge my phone e with my usb cord. I decided to try and relax but when I searched the entire room I could not find a remote for the tv, then decided to go to sleep and found my sheets had blood spots on them and after a closer look they had not been cleaned after the previous guest.
