Run, don't walk away from this place. It all started when we arrived at the front desk and found a long line of guests waiting to check in. While waiting, we overheard another guest receive their room keys, only to return moments later saying that someone was already occupying the room they had been assigned. Absolutely horrendous experience. Our stay started with a massive line at check-in. While wait times happen, the delay was entirely due to severe staff incompetence: the front desk was actively handing out keys to already-occupied rooms and giving away confirmed reservations. After finally "checking in," we went to our room only for the keys to fail. I went back downstairs, had the cards reactivated, and returned to the room—only for the keys to fail a second time.
