Clean, comfortable and quiet. The reason for 2 stars on service is because rate was $25 higher at check-in than the online “total price”. The clerk said it was for “incidentals”. It comes off the charge if they do not find any “incidentals” AFTER you check out. You are checked out so who’s there to dispute it if you are charged? Bad policy!!
The staff was amazing and the stay was so good and relaxing that my husband kept extending our stay. The front desk girls were super sweet and always greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we had everything we needed, even our smallest needs were met because of how they always made sure they spoke to us checking if we needed help on anything.
