Loved the stay, clean rooms and very friendly staff.
Outstanding location easy access. Awesome front desk reps. Rooms and clean and so comfortable. Best hotel in Southaven MS
The location is convenient to just about everything (which was great) and the room was decent. I don't know if there was kind of event taking place that weekend, but the rates were a bit high. If I hadn't been so tired from the 11 hour drive, I would have tried to find something else instead.
Absolutely wonderful!!! Beautifully remodeled and smells amazing.
Maybe the most unhelpful/rude staff of any place of business I’ve ever been. Upon the initial call to the front desk, they answered immediately with a tone and implied attitude like you were disrupting their day. Clearly didn’t want to help or even say hello. Had an issue with my reservation and they made it an entire night of trying to figure it out simply by refusing to help me.
