I had good interactions with service staff and it's a convenient low traffic location. Unfortunately it just felt old and run down in general. Elevator smells like burning plastic, provided desk chair below left me feeling tucked out with no desire to touch anything else in the room. Also the wifi feels like it's from 2005. Connection Slspeed is unusable for anything beyond basic web browsing.
Very clean, all amenities you would expect,
if i could give this place a zero i would. Rude front desk personel who was scrolling her social media on her personnel phone while i was at the front desk buying water and interacting with her. She sighed in my face when I asked for a receipt..... I was clearly annoying her by just being there. I asked to speak to a manager because this rude behavior is unacceptable. No manager on property.
