If only I could give you a freaking zero. Not even 2 hours after checkout I got home and realized my AirPods were left under my pillow from the night before! I tried to check the location and they’re not at the hotel!? Yet the last place I had them was in my room under my pillow the night before!? Stopped in for a 1-night stay while traveling for work. Theresa (I believe) at the front desk was awesome. Very accommodating & helpful with my room needs. Would absolutely stay here again!
Could hear every footstep of the people above me. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby !
Beware Holiday Inn express charges you an incidental fee automatically of $100 dollars, and it doesn't go back onto your account right away. If there were no incidents, I'm still waiting after a week to show back on my bank account. Not only that, but they switched my room, and when they switched they charged me another $100. Just be aware they have nice emenities there, but they charge you this fee. They don't hold a credit card. They charge it automatically.
