Yami was particularly helpful in finding a room for us when they were basically full. She went well beyond the call of duty!! We were very impressed!!!
Thanks to Teresa,Melissa and Yolanda and all the staff. They made my stay awesome. Breakfast was great. Teresa was great at helping me book a room with them due to a change in hotels. I will stay here again.
I will never stay or book a room at Holiday inn ever again I booked a room online when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room that I reserved was not available and that they had a better room but would cost me more. Mind you it was 11 hours until I had to check out. So I told the lady no thank you that I would just sleep in my car. That was May 3rd. Theresa was the best at check in! She was SO kind, was able to get us early check in and signed us up for the honors program to start accumulating points. Wish all hotel staff were this friendly and accommodating. Thank you for starting our weekend trip off on the right foot!
