I stayed 1 night recently and the front desk lady doesn't smile and is rude! It felt like pulling teeth to get my vending receipt, calling and emailing multiple times. I felt like an annoyance rather than a paying guest. Loud stomping at 5 AM above my room made sleep difficult. Decent complimentary breakfast. Will avoid this place next time.
A very good stay. The rooms are immaculate, quiet and cozy. The staff are invitingly friendly and extremely accommodating. They have plenty of parking all around the hotel and I easily fit my Kenworth Box truck on the lot. Tge roads all around this area are easy to navigate and there are plenty of shopping options for food and your various other needs. Check in was nice and easy. The people were very friendly. Room was very nice. Only issue that I had was for breakfast and checking out. There was no breakfast at 6:30 waited 15 minutes to see if the breakfast area would open, but unfortunately it did not. Also, there was no one at the front desk to talk to or for checking out. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.
We needed a local place to stay while our wood floors were being refinished. So glad we chose the Holiday Inn Express. All the staff were very helpful during our 3-day stay. The breakfast was fresh and abundant!
What a great hotel, what a awesome experience, from the front desk staff and the room was great... The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was very good, hot food good coffee and more than enough food to choose from.... I definitely recommend this hotel you won't be disappointed trust me....
