I have never stayed in such a damp, musty room, let alone one in a Holiday Inn. I cranked my AC to try to reduce the humidity, but it just felt cold and damp. I stayed for 5 days and it never improved. I even found a silverfish on my wall! My blankets felt persistently damp, and the carpet felt worse. This hotel is great. Teresa at the front desk was extremely informational, helpful, and SO kind. My room has a great view and the staff was all very friendly

I want to comment on the great service I got from the Assistant General Manager, Teresa E., at the front desk. When I checked in a couple of weeks ago, I asked for a different room than I had been assigned. Teresa had a pretty full hotel but she still made sure I got the room I wanted, plus she gave me permission for a late check-out the next day. And she was very pleasant and gracious about it, too. Shout-out to Teresa for her professionalism and kindness as well as her great customer service!
