Room was clean, it was quiet, breakfast was abundant. Most important, the service was great!
The staff at the hotel (Anali, GM; William, front desk; and Michael, night desk) have made my stay there worth going back again and again. I highly recommend the hotel and its staff.
We got in late at night. About 10:30 and were eager for bed. We checked in, got to our room and immediately found a load of issues. The bathroom door was tilted so far off that it couldn't latch. The shower curtain rod was attached to broken tile and because of that was falling off the wall. The door into the room had cracks around the door handle. Clean hotel, it is showing age, it is outdated, my sink water never got hot and the shower was just luke warm.
