I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Alliscia at the Holiday Inn in Savannah! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Don’t let all these 5 star reviews fool you! I regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels due to being a loyal IHG rewards member, this hotel needs room upgrades starting with the showers. The shower heads are falling off the wall, poor water pressure and the head itself is about 5 ft off the ground. The rooms are also not cleaned properly (I’ve attached photos). We were greeted each time we passed by the front desk. Parking was good and had spaces for those pulling trailers. The rooms was a nice size and very clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, tea, and coffee provided in the room. The shower (pressure) is amazing ;). Complimentary breakfast was fine for the circumstances. Used the treadmill with no issues.
