Room smelled weird, maybe like smoke. The elevators didn’t work consistently, and the hotel keys deactivated on the first day. Staff made a mistake and called me stating I wasn’t in their system and wondering why my stuff was still in my room. Staff fixed the issue and were nice about it, but definitely was a stressful stay.
This was our 6th time staying here, and once again, we had a great experience! Charles at the front desk provided excellent service and had such a warm, welcoming attitude. He made us feel right at home. The breakfast was good, and the boys especially enjoyed the pancakes! Our room was cozy, comfortable, and nice and cold when we arrived. We always enjoy staying here and look forward to coming back again!
Everything was great. Desk clerk was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, clean room and common areas. Close to attractions. Relaxing atmosphere.
Had a wonderful stay. There was one particular staff at the front desk who was very helpful and also checked on the status of my clients competition! Ms Jenay (if that’s how you spell her name lol) was awesome.
