Stacy is the best. Very friendly and goes out of her way to help.
Collin is a terrible manager at this facility. He overcharged me for my room even though my room went through a 3rd party. Even though I repeatedly stated everything was done through a 3rd party he still overcharged me. Please obtain competent staff members who know what they are doing. All my previous times I've booked here my stay was wonderful. This time was horrendous.
The room and hotel were extremely clean and smelled great! The breakfast was wonderful and had a wide variety to choose from. We were also traveling with our dogs and the staff were kind and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
