Very unprofessional experience. My signed check-in document with personal info was left out on the front desk while another guest was standing there with his phone out. I don’t know if he was taking a picture, but the fact that my information was exposed like that is unacceptable. When I brought it up, staff downplayed the situation. I no longer felt safe staying and decided to leave — but they still refused to give me a refund. Stayed here visiting a friend for 50th birthday. Nice hotel.
I dont know why this place is listed as 2 stars we've been here a handful of times and have always had a great time. Jamie and Shawn (sorry if name spelling isn't correct) we're fantastic super helpful and very personable even if it isnt the best hotel the staff is top notch
Everything was amazing and we absolutely loved the spa/pool room. Beds and rooms were very clean and loved the white led lights in the bathroom and room.
