We had the pleasure of staying at IHG in Romeoville Illinois for business purposes and there was a few employees that made a stay amazing. Marquita was very attentive to our staff always going above and beyond to make sure we as guests received were well treated. Recently completed a stay here. I had a positive experience at check in and throughout my stay. I recently reviewed some Holiday Inn Express locations that did not award me with my Greener Stay bonus points, however, this location did credit them to my account pretty quickly. Only complaint would be the Internet is pretty slow, but still usable. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
