Extremely rude and disrespectful front desk lady. I’ve been an IHG member for many years but you’ve lost my business after this visit. She called my room at 1:15am demanding I come to the front desk to correct her error and while I was down there she was talking to someone on the phone and said. “Oh he’s coming now, he must have just transferred money to his account”.
I ended up not being able to make my stay due to being in the hospital unexpectedly. I reached out and they needed to start a claim which was denied because I didn’t cancel in time. No exception made for an emergency hospital visit even though I was reaching out to them while still in the hospital. HORRIBLE customer service. Will not recommend
My last post was deleted. A car was stolen in the parking lot this weekend. They attempted to steal my car. There is a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot. Hoping the hotel steps up the security.
