ROACH IN ROOM! Didn’t want to stay at the other hotels in the area to ensure we had a nice room. Was going back and forth between here and Fairfield Inn. Definitely should’ve picked Fairfield!! Fairfield was immediately off the exit. This place was another 3 miles down the road. Dirty bathroom. High price for lower quality. Won't recommend due to unsanitary bathroom.

We've stayed here a couple of times over the last couple of years. Consistently nice. Nice breakfast options, clean outdoor pool, nice rooms. The pillows are not to my liking, but that is nit-picking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Worst Holiday Inn experience ever the only thing that made this place worth my time was the exceptional professionalism from the front desk clerk. After waiting 1 hr for my to be so called cleaned I checked in and it was disgusting the toilet wouldn't flush, the tub was dirty and there was food in the chairs.We tried to get a refund and leave but they said we couldn't get a refund this place is not worth $200 a night.The front desk clerk tried her best to accommodate us by giving us a new room and we really appreciate it.
