Wifi cuts out frequently. Lobby and hallways often smell terrible. Both of these things have been noted on reviews from other guests and were the case when I was here a month ago too. The hotel seems like it is trying to appear to care by responding to peoples’ reviews but their lack of action to address any issues shows they don’t really care at all. Also, when I was here previously, the pool was closed for days on end further showing management’s lack of interest in improving guest’s experiences.
