My family was stranded for a day after our RV broke down and needed a place to stay the night. Brittany and Ashley were super sweet and accommodating, really went out of their way to make us feel at home. It turned what was a very stressful day into a much better experience for us. Thank you all so much!
We broke down near Remington on our way from Chicago to Cincinnati, and found our way to this holiday inn express. The person working the desk, Brittany, was so kind and compassionate, with welcoming vibes all around. The pool was refreshing and the rooms were comfortable and cool. Plus it was next to a Mexican restaurant. It felt more like an extra day of vacation than a set back.
Very clean hotel. Very nice staff.
