Clean room, nice breakfast, helpful staff. Enjoyed my 3 week stay here.
Fabulous, clean hotel with employees that are so accommodating to their guests. I had reached out to Masi ( gal in charge of room blocks for weddings, etc.) and she was FANTASTIC!!! Also, Raquel at the front desk was so attentive to various requests on my part as we celebrated my daughter and son in laws wedding. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Book your stay here, you will not be disappointed 🤗
Staff was great..front desk was great..breakfast was delicious..very clean and would stay again
We made a reservation for two rooms. We received the confirmation email, and the reservation showed in our IHG app. Unfortunately, the property did not see our reservation and stated there were no additional rooms they could give us. The local staff did not know how to fix the problem, did not offer to book us alternative accommodations, and more or less just threw up their hands.
