The staff at the hotel are excellent. They were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. I inadvertently left a non-glowing survey for this hotel, but it was meant for a different hotel in Cody. This place has been great and convenient to a lot of things.
Keys did not work after getting to the forth floor.
This a basic hotel with clean rooms and a fairly good variety of breakfast options. The coffee dispenser is a pain because it takes a long time. There is inconsistent service at the front desk and housekeeping doesn't make your bed unless you request it. They do provide towels and basic toiletries. It is close to the highway for easy access to get to the parks and monuments. I have stayed in other Holiday Inns, this one could use some good help.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious…shower is not great but better than most. Typical hotel breakfast.
