The manager Keith, was extremely helpful. Having left a suit bag of clothing , he promptly packed it up and made sure the Fed Ex label was on. We recovered it a few days later at another Holiday Inn Express property. Thank you, Keith!
Motel to the east part of Rapid City Staff are pleasant. I do wish the guy at the front desk was more lenient about water bottles. I do understand it’s not an official benefit but a free bottle of water would be greatly appreciated instead of being charged $2. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were solid though I did notice some hairs in the gravy one morning! The room itself is OK. I stayed in a double queen room. Great night sleep, so quiet. Great location. Lots of food choices practically next door. Walmart was right there too. The pool and fitness room were under construction but I didn’t go there to swim.
