I'm staying here currently, I've stayed here a lot. I'm a gold elite member in their rewards. I'm pretty angry with the way the front desk spoke with me this evening and I don't recommend this place at all. I've never gotten a noise complaint until tonight. I keep to myself and the front desk lady called my hotel phone and said "Want to explain to me what's going on in your room?" I won't be talked to like a child. I will take my business elsewhere. Questo hotel ci è piaciuto tantissimo! La nostra camera era davvero enorme e il letto king size era incredibilmente comodo. Colazione con ampia scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Pressione dell'acqua della doccia ottima e asciugacapelli perfettamente funzionante. Segnalo solo questi due aspetti: il condizionatore era molto rumoroso e non si riusciva a diminuire la potenza della ventola, e gli asciugamani forniti erano pochi (rispetto agli altri Holiday Inn nei quali siamo stati). Assolutamente consigliato!

I spent 5 nights here, one more to go and have not had the room properly cleaned once. The second night I came to the lobby to tell them the trash was still there, the bathroom had not been cleaned at all, the carpet (yes there is still a carpet in the whole room) was not vacuumed, and the worst, the bed fitted sheet was out in my corner and it was still like that, the sheets wrinkled, the pillows have a terrible smell and today, night 5 I have again begged them to clean the room and change the sheets, we will see if at leas... read more
