Lorry at the front desk was so friendly and helpful getting me checked in. Morning time came and Kathryn on food preparation was also so friendly and nice. Not sure who the manager was on duty at 11am, February 9th, 2026, but they need educated in customer service. Being friendly and nice to your customers are the only reason a place gets repeat visitation. I'm not happy at all about what was said.
Loree was my check in clerk. And she was amazing. Super helpful and was able to answer my questions.
The customer service is phenomenal here. We had to cancel our reservation the morning of our Anniversary trip (one of our toddlers woke up with a stomach flu), and I was doubtful they would "refund" our stay as we were past the 24-hr cancellation window. So even though I didn't pre-pay, they'll typically charge your card for cancelling without more notice. I called and the front desk girl was polite, talked to her manager, and told me they would "see what they could do." I figured it was a lost cause... I should probably buy... read more
The hotel wasn’t in the best shape. But the rooms in the bathroom we’re clean. Staff was nice…
