We had the most unfortunate experience ever, after we were not able to arrive on our originally booked date. We called them right away when our flights were cancelled to let them know, we will arrive later than expected. With a two day delay, we were finally there and apparently they had checked us out, because we were not there. Apparently they were immediately booked out so we ended up searching for a new hotel at 8pm. Excellent hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, big workout area! Only negative was pool was cold but on a hot day it felt great. I would recommend to anyone.
We left a very special item behind. Gina the assistant GM went out of her way to retrieve it and save it so we could pick it up. She and the GM were very kind and I will stay at this property every time I'm in the area.
