Excellent hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, big workout area! Only negative was pool was cold but on a hot day it felt great. I would recommend to anyone.
We left a very special item behind. Gina the assistant GM went out of her way to retrieve it and save it so we could pick it up. She and the GM were very kind and I will stay at this property every time I'm in the area.
Showed up for our reservation at 11pm after driving 10 hours. We're told they just lost power and we would have to find another place to stay. The next day the manager called to tell us he reinstalled our free night that we had used for the stay. He acted like he was doing us a huge favor by giving us back our free night after they turned us away. Best Holiday Inn Express Ever! Night lite in bathroom, fan in bathroom, clean, big pillows, hot water/coffee/hot chocolate bar 24 hrs, breakfast was great with variety and different items each day.
They need to improve their breakfast and wifi. Breakfast menu was bare bones half the trays were empty, as if it was a road side motel. Never seen holiday inn express with such poor options. WiFi was very slow could barely watch YouTube. Stayed there 2 nights, rooms were clean and staff was very helpful.
