This hotel is virtually brand new. This hotel is best that I stayed in for the last six years. I have stayed in the other brands. They don't compare to this hotel. I am there twice a year and will be re-booking with them.
Beware of employees stealing items from your room. I accidentally left an expensive item in the room after checkout and when I called they said it couldn’t be found. I still have a tracker on the item and am convinced one of the staff members took them. I attached a photo of where my AirPods are currently located. We were down in Phoenix for a funeral and someone stealing didn’t help the experience. We won’t ever stay there again.
I can’t not put into words how amazing my stay has been while at this location. The staff is friendly, front desk team (Mathew, & Karina) are AMAZING. I have to stay here for the next couple of months on a business trip, and everyone is so accommodating & they strive to make sure you feel comfortable while at your stay. I highly recommend this location. I have been here for about 2 months now!
