Our family recently stayed for a night on our way back from Disneyland and we were really impressed with our experience. The hotel, rooms, and pool were spotless and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The gentleman working the front desk when we arrived went out of his way to help us get some extra stuff together to make it easier for our kids to get settled. Thank you, Jonathan (front desk greeter) for being so kind. He remembered me from my last visit. He was very professional and knowledgeable about this hotel. I was able to choose the best option. My room was clean and even Kaylah was kind enough to check on me in the hallway before I entered my room. They do honor your points and help give you the best experience possible. It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good and enjoyed plenty of coffee. Enjoyed my stay.
