This is a very well kept Holiday Inn with friendly staff and a great location. If you find yourself in this area of town give it a look. The only thing it's missing is a hot tub.
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Happy Valley to attend Dodgers Spring Training. The hotel is about 25 min away. We stayed here because of the wonderful reviews. I have to agree. This hotel was very clean. I spoke to the housekeeper who was cleaning the room next to me and she had the mattress off the bed. I asked if that was normal and she said yes on deep cleaning days. Nice location. Very clean lobby and room, staff friendly and professional, safe location. I would return.
New, very clean, nice surroundings. We stayed at this hotel while my wife was receiving care at Mayo Clinic, The Mayo Clinic rate through the hotel was very reasonable and helpful. It's less congested in this area of Phoenix but lots of nearby restaurants and stores. Front office manager Jonathan Paz was especially welcoming and helpful.
This IHG property was nice and clean.
