Hotel smelled of dampness, no TV, very limited breakfast choices. Second stay was better, smelled clean, tv worked this time Third stay, room smelled damp again, the lights in bathroom were flickering, shower faucet plumbed backwards. Turned to what should have been hot and waited and waited, only to find out hot and cold were reverse.
Disappointing stay here once again. This Holiday Inn Express is subpar to others I've stayed in. Musty smell, loud air conditioner/heater. The free breakfast is inedible, and even the coffee is tasteless. Go across the street to the Hampton Inn.
Many issues. Dirty (we had to wipe the room down before even using it). Took 3 rooms to have one "decent." Siding/trim coming off the bottom of the wall (dirt and mold) in 1 room. Another room had lose tiles in the entry way and a random puddle of water. 3rd room had stains in the chair and capped off electrical wires hanging off the AC/heater. Front staff irritated with coming to them about the issues (even with picture proof). Breakfast was awful the "hot" breakfast was not hot.
