Très bel accueil de la part de toute l’équipe du Holiday Inn d’Orléans, et tout particulièrement de Marie-Claude au déjeuner. Elle m’a chaleureusement accueillie et a pris le temps de m’aider à servir le repas à mon enfant. Une personne extrêmement avenante et amicale — un service vraiment apprécié.

Great staff and a wonderful area. Very clean and everyone has been very professional!
We've stayed at this property twice in the past 3 weeks. The breakfast is wonderful. We especially love the hot fresh cinnamon buns! Alzira greeted us with a smile and a "good morning" all the while cleaning and bringing out fresh food for the buffet. A few people were late for breakfast after all the food was put away and Alzira asked what she could bring from the back for them. A real sweetheart!
