Amazing staff, Friendly staff Nicole was awesome at the breakfast areas.
We had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great chat with Alzira!
The weekend manager was super accommodating. The two ladies who where working the breakfast where so helpful and wonderful. They had to deal with a bunch of hockey teams on a weekend and they accommodated everyone. Top grade to all of them. I recommend getting rid of that pancake machine and do it the old fashion way. That machine caused so much stress because it did not want to function. Also, top marks for the kind ladies who had to deal with that machine.
I enjoyed my stay very much, the community feeling at the hotel was very welcoming. Breakfast was well prepared and on time, the Halloween decorations were very festive, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you Marie-Claude and Nicole. My only recommendation for improvement is about the coffee. The coffee is not great, needs to be stronger and better tasting, additionally 2/3 day stay there was grounds that ended up in my cup of coffee which is unenjoyable.
