2nd time staying at this hotel. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good location just off highway and close to restaurants and other amenities. Rooms are quiet. Good water pressure for shower. Great hot breakfast. Not your standard continental. Eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, cinnamon buns etc. Shout out to Nicky for friendly and great service at breakfast. Great way to start the day.
We stayed for over a month while waiting for our furniture from overseas. Being close to the Shenkman arts centre meant that we were talking distance from festivals like Ribfest. The real highlight of this place is the staff though. Everyone is kind and helpful. A special shout out goes to to the breakfast staff, M-C and Nicole. They are friendly, kind and always working to keep everything clean and well stocked.
We were traveling with two small kids and had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at the breakfast buffet - she was incredibly attentive and always looking for ways to make things easier for us. We really appreciated it!
Jacques and Donette 11/9/2026 We just checking out today after a 3 weeks stay for a flood repair of our home. We were amaze of the quality of the service especially with Renee front desk receptionnist who was so efficient to set the reservation change due to the renovation schedule change. We also give a special 10 on 10 to our Marie-Claude and Nicole who host us with smile and perfect service for the breakfast team. This hotel is really a must for anybody visiting the area
