I would like to say my wife and I came to Ottawa to visit family and we didn't know what hotel we were going to stay in but the Holiday inn Express in Ottawa is one of the best hotels to stay in. The staff is so friendly any questions that we asked we received answers too. The one lady at the front desk has been here day and night, unbelievable! As well as the staff they are so kind today is Sunday Easter, the cleaning ladies knock on the door and left Easter eggs for our kids I think that was so sweet and kind so, if you lo... read more
