Got charged 140 for nothing. Deposit was 155, got 140 back. Stayed one night, company paid while my truck was in the shop. Left the next morning, expecting the deposit to hit my account again and I got a whopping $15 back.
This is one of the least taken care of Holiday inn Express locations I have been in. It was supposed to have a desk and it has a little table with 2 living room chairs that don't fit. One is crammed behind the drapes. You can tell they don't fix or update stuff.
The Rooms are very clean, comfortable. Service was quick and front dest staff were polite, cooperative, Overall, good experience.
We stayed at this hotel while we were traveling for my fiancé’s work. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy as well.
