We stayed at this hotel while we were traveling for my fiancé’s work. It was very clean and staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy as well.
No coffee in rooms like advertised you have to go to lobby. Had 11:00 check out, put do not disturb sign up and had housekeeping knocking by 9. I said not ready yet. Then front desk calls saying they need to send up maintenance for shower head issue. I said there's no issue with shower head to which she said it's a past problem and could they come up to work on it again I said I was still packing and could it wait. The price is to much. 169. 00 And the hot tub doesn't work should get a discount. The only reason I stayed was i was tried. Other wise I would have left
Clean rooms. Easy access from the interstate.
Found mold on the bagels on the two days I tried the breakfast. Second time I showed them, he picked the mold off and said it was fine. I've been to many Holiday Inns and this is definitely the worst one I've been to.
