Positive: big clean rooms, close to a lot, and staff seemed mostly helpful. The unexpected: $15 nightly parking and unlike most express locations, no hot tub. Negative, and the staff pointed it out at check in, the pool is heated, wasn't above 70 degrees (my guess is 68 or 69). 75 degrees is tolerable and standard is 78. There is no way during the middle of August it should be that cold unless they turned off the heat. Also, while at the pool there were other guests that wouldn't go in because it was too cold.

There was a bed bug in my room! I woke up to it running across the white sheet. It makes my skin crawl to even write this out. I called the front desk and spoke to Mackencie who assured me she'd pass the message to her manager. After hearing nothing, I emailed a few days later and got a hold of the manager Lisa Hudgins who said she'd never gotten the message. Noisy - Dirty - almost seems run down and best of all you get a big attitude from staff. Ripped sheets - burn holes in the bathroom. Nasty hair because the cleaners are not cleaning properly or not at all. They also put a 50 dollar hold on your credit card from some reason. Parking is a hassle as they do not own the parking spots - you have to pay an independent company via an app. It was sad to see elderly people talking to staff not understanding how to pay and staff not being helpful. The hotel did not smell clean. It smelled like dirty mop water. I stayed on the 5th floor & it smelled like wet dog. In addition, you have to pay to park $15/day which I was not told this when I booked the hotel or I would have stayed somewhere nicer.
