Excellent rooms, convenient location and outstanding customer service. Spoke with the property manager Monica when checking in and she was able to accommodate an early check in due to an unexpected situation. She was kind and understanding and helped me. Everything about the stay was excellent and I’ll definitely return to this property whenever I am in the area. Thank you, Monica and the entire staff.
Stayed three nights very clean when we arrived, fair price. Note they do not clean rooms or exchange towels every day on a multi stays days stay unless requested
This hotel needs to be completely renovated. I had a top floor room that had seen water damage and smelled very musty. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. I can't believe this is a Holiday Inn property.
Overall it was an excellent experience.
