Why the hell are you putting STOCK photos showing you have Costa coffee across all your regional hotels and you scroll through the photos to see you actually do NOT have Costa coffee. I only book at Holiday Inn WITH Costa. If I checked in and saw this I would have asked for a refund and left. Now I literally cannot trust any of the Holiday Inns in your region. Correct this immediately or better yet upgrade your coffee.
Hotel was easy to get too off of the interstate. It was clean, quiet and the beds were super comfy!
Quality experience
Beds were comfortable bathroom mirrors were dirty TV only has five channels and none of them work except for one so I could not watch TV
