Amazing rooms and a great pool. We decided to stay here after seeing the sketchy econolodge near by.

Absolute snobs who run this place. They constantly degrade guests when they're not around. Look down on local residents. Constantly changing rates. As a place to stay I would not recommend.

Negatives: Bathroom was dirty, Rollaway Bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails and was full of food crumbs and hair, and there was also a ant. The AC didn’t work until like 3am in the morning it took 6 hours to finally turn on. Bathroom door was umm to small for the opening so you could see in the bathroom on both sides so no privacy when your 💩. Broken windows in the parking lot Positive: Good breakfast, Good Coffee and it’s Fresh. Safe area. Some some blankets

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. Room was fine but could hear people even gently walking above us and anyone in the hall. I haven’t stayed at a holiday inn in a while and looks like I’ll return to not using them. Just felt lower quality even when plenty updated. No luggage carts either when we arrived and we have 4 young children. Trying to get to the room late at night with crying kids dragging bags and every arm full was unpleasant. No one was even at the front desk the following morning ... read more
