Great place to stay
So flight was rerouted bc of storm we drove from washington to New Jersey all night. Made the reservation and agent put the wrong date on it. Arrived at hotel. Hugo the front desk person said he couldn’t change the reservation only IHG but no one would call. The reservation was in my sisters name who was unreachable. He said he had to get authorization from a Ms Ruth and she was refused to talk to me bc she was taking care of her sick husband but would be in 2 hours later.
