Made my reservation over a week in advance, was excited for our stay since we were driving in from Fort Nelson and had a very long travel day. Finally get a second to check my email and received a notification that my reservation had been canceled. Business stated they attempted to call me three times I received no phone call. Lady at the front desk was rude when telling me they were now fully booked and gave away my reservation. Heads up of your not there an hour after check-in. There goes your reservation.

Room air conditioner was left on all day Room temp was 9 degrees Celsius so cold took all night to warm up to room temp. Heater worked well.

We just checked out and are on the way back to Edmonton, and wanted to leave a review for the amazing staff that helped us out the last couple of days. The rooms were large and clean, the staff was absolutely amazing from the front desk lady to the kitchen buffet worker. (I should’ve asked for names!) We checked in late with our 1 year old, and the lady at the front was nothing short of fantastic getting us set up.
