Best hotel in North Battleford by a LONG shot! Stay here with my work crew and will return! Great customer service, breakfast and even supper for the nights you dont want to leave the hotel! Clean rooms, High-Speed internet, close to everything you would want to ever do in NB. Thanks again for the great stay!
Poor customer service and very disappointing experience. My friend’s vehicle was broken into while staying at this hotel, and his identification was stolen. Instead of showing empathy or trying to help, the hotel staff were disrespectful and indignant throughout the situation. When police arrived to take a statement, my friend assumed the staff would cooperate and provide security camera footage, only to later be told that the exterior cameras apparently do not work.
