McKayla made our trip to Newport so much better. Locals can truly make or break your vacation, and she absolutely made ours. She recommended crabbing, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip. We had an incredible day out on the water, caught crab, made great memories, and had an amazing time. Thank you, McKayla, for pointing us in the right direction and for being so welcoming. Meeting you was a pleasure, and your local knowledge made all the difference. We can’t recommend you enough!
This hotel has improved immensely in the past few years. The room was updated and clean. More importantly: The woman at the front desk was an angel. She thanked me for my room choice when the elevator was out of service. Then, when she saw I had more than I could carry, she quickly came to my aid and helped me to my room. She didn't offer, she just simply picked up my bag. It was the kindest, BEST service I've EVER had at any hotel, and I've been IHG gold member for several years.
