Nice clean hotel. The friendliest staff members ever. I've been staying here for 5 years now while travelling for work and always have such a friendly greeting when I return.
The worst reception service I've ever experienced at any hotel in my life. I booked rooms for TFNy Pow Wow drum groups. I called 2 weeks ahead of time to ask about a deposit or anything else that was needed but was told it would be fine. I come in the day of check-in to bring my credit card to pay the rooms. They charged me $30 more than was shown on my booking confirmation. They did authorize the payment on my credit card and I made sure to tell them none of the rooms were for me specifically and I even asked at that point ... read more
