The rooms and breakfast were fine, but we had a very bad experience with the night staff. He seemed drunk and was very rude when we were checking in. Not the standard you would like to set. I would definitely speak to the corporate as my wife is a diamond elite member.
Don't get a room near the elevators. They make very loud sounds that will wake you up every time someone calls the elevator. Not ideal if you're trying to sleep in past 7am. Beds are harder than I've seen in other Holiday Inn Expresses. Otherwise, hotel is clean, breakfast is filling, and hotel is convenient to everything in the area.
Really nice for a corpo hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your standard IHG fair, did have decent protein options like eggs and yogurt. The real stand out was the fact that I missed my flight connection, because of some ridiculousness with United airlines, and I called to the hotel and they were able to push out my reservation by one night without any additional charges
