It's not the Hilton, but it's not a hole in the wall either. Mostly, it has so far been a decent experience.
It was clean and staff was complimentary.
Great clean holiday inn express with the usual good hot breakfast buffet. Only small issue was I arrived at 4pm(one hour past the check-in time and rooms were still not available because they weren’t cleaned yet! There was also a line and then a family was taken care of before the rest of us in line. Line jumped by the employee at the front desk! When asked he said they have IHG privileges. Wtf? Very new and clean hotel. Everything was in great working condition and all the little things one could ask for in a hotel room were present (mini fridge, plenty of outlets, TV guide, safe, extra toiletries)
