charged me 298.00 for one night in a disgusting room !
Nice hotel from outside. Our room had a spider on the floor my partner was taken a nap got hit by a bed bug. Manager was super rude to us. Said she was fully booked told us we could just leave. I work out of town and we call this travel. I stay in hotel all across north Carolina and this is the first time I have ever came across one a bed bug and two a rude person up in north Carolina. They were doing construction on the hotel. The workers were very respectful while working and using the elevators, but the pool was filled with building supplies so no swimming. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. We had booked through Priceline, but the hotel charged us for our 2 nights. They fixed it but it took 4 days to credit to my card.
HORRIBLE ! L’hotel est en travaux, evidemment pas informes avant ; du coup la piscine est condamnee. Mais surtout tout est vieux et le pire cest la salete de la moquette !! Jamais vu cela. Mes enfants se sont retrouves avec des chaussettes noires de crasse en marchant sur la moquette. Un Test avec une serviette a confirme la salete …degoutant et inadmissible. Quant a l’accueil, on repassera .
