Concierge went above and beyond! Very attentive and accommodating. Great service. Clean hotel.
Awful experience, quite time was 10pm and it’s now after midnight and the room next door has had screaming children running up and down the hallways, loud music, kids jumping around and banging on the walls since 9pm. Have called the front desk several times and nothing has been done. Would not recommend if you need a good nights rest, basically ruined a day of our vacation.
These pictures show what my TV does and no one seems too concerned about it. I told the lady on the Wednesday evening shift at the front desk 3 different times. She gave me suggestions the first 2 times and on my third attempt to get some help she said she would come take a look. Never showed up. Room and tax of almost $ 200 a night I expect a working TV. I am in these hotels all the time for my job. VERY disappointed in this location. The attitude as I saw it was give us our money. The hell with your experience.
