I really like the no-fuss aspect of this hotel. It's simple, but most of the times it's what I want. Parking is convenient, rooms are clean and big and staff is friendly.

Not the fault of the person at the front desk, but I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in because there were two people in front of me with nearly insoluble problems and she was the only staff person here. Phone doesn't work. There's a blinking light that I can't turn off. Can't get a dial tone. Can't dial the front desk. I just unplugged it. Free wi-fi is unencrypted, so my corp laptop won't even let me connect. Whole place feels like I've gone back in time 30 years, and not in a good way.
