We got a spacious and quiet room away from the freeway. Breakfast was great and staff were all friendly and helpful. It was truly a nice experience.
The room wasn’t bad but we did come into a room with ac off, phone unplugged and missing a shower curtain. No pool was available at this location which we knew ahead of time. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. Continental breakfast aligns with Holiday Inn Breakfast which is good. I would have rates 5 stars but with the condition of room on first impression it gets 4 stars. Rooms were spotless.
I really like the no-fuss aspect of this hotel. It's simple, but most of the times it's what I want. Parking is convenient, rooms are clean and big and staff is friendly.
