The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our first room assignment didn't have hot water so the staff quickly got us to a different room and even upgraded us for the inconvenience. I would recommend this location.

Hotel was a great place to stay for an extended weekend in Mountain Home for a wedding. On top of a great experience, Kristal made the stay all the better. Looked out for me as I was late to breakfast one morning and even opened the doors back up as it was a little past breakfast shut down. Whatever they are paying Kristal isn’t enough! Thanks for a great time and making it all the better! Give her a raise!

Sherry, the night clerk, went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I. She was bright and cheery, kind and courteous, showed caring and understanding of our situation and took care of us in a very prompt manner. We will definitely be coming back here every year. Thank you Sherry❣❣
