Room was clean and comfortable, and free parking was convenient. However, the breakfast was very disappointing compared to other IHG locations. I stayed at the Lakeshore property last month for 5 nights and their breakfast service was excellent, but Milton did not meet that standard. For the high price, I expected better quality and consistency across IHG hotels. Unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again.
The customer service was excellent. From the moment with stepped inside the hotel we felt welcome. Every single employee was so nice and polite. There was always someone at the front desk ready to help on anything we needed. I do have to say there was a very slight smell of smoke in our room but everythimg else made it all worth it. I recommend it 100%.
Perfect place to stay with your little ones with the ease of Ridgeway plaza only 18 mins away!!! The staff is very accommodating!!! The General Manager Mr.Saif is awesome!!!
I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Milton! Loved the soft, cozy pillows and the super-comfortable bed plus the Free breakfast. Check-in was quick and easy, and I received a warm welcome as soon as I arrived. All the staff were amazing.. special thanks to, Juan, Yusra and Luqman for their outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!
