Stayed here because we were taking a college tour of the GCSU campus. I stay at a lot of IHG hotels for work in many locations. This location is what you would expect from a holiday inn express. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and the location is great as well. I can't give it five stars because it is about $20 to $30 a night more expensive than most other holiday inn express locations.
Jasmine was so helpful and fun to talk to! She made my check out experience quick and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in lady (I forgot her name), she gave us a late checkout at 2pm (we didn’t need it, we left around 10 or 10:30), but we checked in around midnight or 1am, so knowing we had a late checkout was nice even though we didn’t need it. Overall, everything was great, including the breakfast. Thank you!
The Manager is very helpful along with staff very Nice and pleasant Always willing to help provide information when asked much appreciated
