Jasmine was so helpful and fun to talk to! She made my check out experience quick and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in lady (I forgot her name), she gave us a late checkout at 2pm (we didn’t need it, we left around 10 or 10:30), but we checked in around midnight or 1am, so knowing we had a late checkout was nice even though we didn’t need it. Overall, everything was great, including the breakfast. Thank you!
The Manager is very helpful along with staff very Nice and pleasant Always willing to help provide information when asked much appreciated
The hotel and the rooms are clean. Great customers service! The location wise is close to restaurants, Walmart and etc. Yummy chocolate chip cookies they provided and free breakfast is plus! Highly recommend. Will be back!
Not very pleasant due to having NO COFFEE POTS in rooms a very dead large Roach in room upon check in.. No Coffee downstairs durning the day..No working Elevators upon check out for any floor when a very large crowd had to check out for the day… A night of no Hot Water on 2nd floor
