Always a joy to stay here. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Memphis. The staff is above and beyond all others.
Smells like somebody smoked inside.
If I could give negative 1 star I would. Waited 29 minutes to check in upon arrival no one was at front desk. We should have left then as that can’t be safe. We only had 1 towel set in our room. We asked for more and they said we’ll return that set to get another set. Wow. Room never got cleaned during our 2 day stay. Got a call at 11am to ask why we had not checked out yet. The clock in the room said 10:44. Very rude and the kids soccer team played hide and seek and randomly knocked on our door both nights all night. Super ... read more
Excellent room and professional staff. Very safe area of Memphis.
I had a great stay at this location in Germantown. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean and pretty quiet as it is slightly tucked out of the way from the main roads. The location was perfect with easy access to stores nearby. The beds are also comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area.
