The front desk staff was the highlight of our stay. The woman who checked us in and out was very kind, professional, and clearly hardworking. When we had an issue with hot water on Friday, the staff member we spoke with at the front counter was responsive, and the problem did get fixed that evening. That said, the stay itself was just okay. The beds were not very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. To the Holiday Inn Management, I am writing this email to thank you for your exceptional personnel and service. Both April (front desk) and Rick (General Manager) were so very kind and assisted me with a personal issue. I was so grateful. I tried to give both of them $20 but neither person would accept it. When me and my husband stayed here on January 17th we asked what time was breakfast served was told the time but also that we had to pay an additional fee for it. We were kept up all night due the guest above jumping and running on the floors,called front desk to let them know told us they would send someone to have them quiet down. But it continue all night. Tried to call front desk again but no answer. Was going to complain when we left but no one was at the front desk. For the price we paid I would have expected alot bett... read more
