Customer service was excellent!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a stay at a safe, modern, quiet hotel... I love it!!
Pool was nice! Kids had a blast
The room itself was fine, but the morning I was to check out I was in the shower (at 10:30, thirty minutes before checkout) I heard someone pounding loudly on the door. I ignored it as I was in the shower but it continued for at least 40 more seconds (pound pound pound - pause - then pound pound pound again, several times).
