Not the cleanest. The floors are very dirty. And there was a pile of laundry in the hall from the time we checked in at 6:30 p.m. until sometime after 9:00 a.m. The floor in front of the ice machine remained wet for our entire stay. If you want coffee in your room, make sure you ask for a coffee maker from the front desk (or bring your own). The "fitness center" needs to be renamed to the Cardio Center
As a long time IHG member I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Holiday Inn Marion, OH. I accidentally booked the wrong Holiday Inn and didn’t realize my mistake until I arrived at the Holiday Inn in Bucyrus, OH. As soon as I realized what happened, I immediately called the Marion hotel to cancel my reservation. It was still before 1:00 PM, so I was hoping they would be understanding and make an exception since I had just discovered the mistake and called right away. Great Hotel! I stopped here while passing through the area. The room and hotel grounds were very clean and well kept. Definitely the best place to stay in Marion!
