The staff at this hotel were the most accommodating. Our hotel (IHG) in Mentor was not open. Even though we had a reservation. The staff at this hotel was beyond accommodating and kind after our very long day of travel and stress from the other hotel. Chrissy and her staff deserve all the praise. Thank you all so much!!
This is my second time stopping for a night at this location. Easy to find off the interstate with a gas station right as you are heading in or out. The hotel is immaculately clean and I love the extra attention they put into the local decor of the lobby. My son enjoyed the little photo prop they have set up. They even have local wines available. The outdoor fire space is also very enjoyable. Overall, this is a great IHG location and worth stopping at. I know it will be clean. I know it’s quiet and they go the extra mile.
