If your making reservations make them at the on site facility number. I thought I did but apparently the guy who made the reservations did not get proper training. He knew I was attending the dog show and even talked about where to take my dog to the bathroom outside but failed to say NO dogs allowed. Thank goodness she had further training and was permitted to stay. It was stressful to learn these employees are not trained or have no idea of where the facility is for the reservations. Everything is perfect except for the pool water being too cold. I couldn’t even get half of my body in. Otherwise, I would rate it 5 stars.
This Holiday Inn was amazing! Clean, modern, easy to access off the highway, just wonderful. The rooms are great, the pillows are even marked firm or soft for whichever you prefer, the pool is perfect, the continental breakfast is amazing, the patio area outside is wonderful, and the staff is exemplary! My family and I make a yearly road trip from Maine to Wisconsin every year and this place has officially become our western leg pit stop! We love this place!
