King bed small and uncomfortable.
I understand employees of IHG do not pull priority but caution when you get one properly trained. Employees need to be better trained about ADA violations. Aka not allowed to ask for paperwork. And the cleaning crew is substandard. And I was asked to use a side door assuming biracial couple? Service Dog? Offended
Travelling thru, but after a long day on the road it was quiet and clean!
Great location. Asked for the queen suite which is 2 queen beds with a sleeper sofa...got a room with 2 queen beds only. Had to rent a 2nd room
